Jamia Mosque Nairobi Imam, Sheikh Jamaludin Osman, has officially begun his Da’awah tour of Laikipia and Isiolo counties, a program aimed at strengthening Islamic teachings and community engagement across the two regions.

The tour commenced today, Thursday, October 2, 2025, with a special sisters-only lecture in the morning, followed by a general lecture at Jamia Masjid in Nanyuki town during the afternoon. Later in the evening, after Magharib prayers, Sheikh Jamaludin is scheduled to deliver another lecture at Al Ansar Masjid in Isiolo County.

On Friday, the Imam will deliver the Jumaa Khutbah and lecture at Jamia Masjid Isiolo. In the afternoon, he will hold a session at the Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC) before concluding the day with an evening lecture at Masjid Al Farouk after Isha prayers.

His packed Saturday schedule continues with a lecture at Masjid Rahman Atullu Roba at fajr, later he will have a tour at Al-Falah Islamic Center and Soha Educational Complex, later the Imam will hold a lecture at Waqf Quran Isiolo for the women, and in the afternoon he will deliver a lecture at Masjid Abu Ubeid, and will conclude after the Magharib prayer with a lecture at Masjid Taqwa.

The tour, which is being conducted in partnership with Jamia Mosque Nairobi, is set to run until Sunday, with several more lectures planned. The Imam will hold a lecture after fajr at Isiolo Jaamia Mosque and later a lecture at Bula Mpya Ground. The tour is part of the Imams and Jamia Mosque Nairobi Committee’s efforts to inspire spiritual growth, promote unity, and provide guidance on contemporary issues facing Muslims in these regions.
