Nairobi, Saturday, 17th May 2025 –

The Kenya Council of Imams and Ulamaa, in collaboration with the Supreme Council of Kenya Muslims and Gulf African Bank, is set to host a Pre-Hajj Workshop for Hujaajs tomorrow, Sunday, 18th May 2025. The event, which will run from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm, will take place at the Jamia multipurpose hall in Nairobi.

This important session is specially designed for Kenyan Muslims preparing to travel for Hajj, one of the most significant spiritual journeys in Islam. The workshop will provide comprehensive guidance on various aspects of the pilgrimage, including travel tips, health and safety precautions, and a step-by-step breakdown of Hajj rituals.

Organizers emphasize the importance of preparation before undertaking this sacred journey, particularly in ensuring that pilgrims are well-informed and spiritually ready.

For those who may not attend in person, the workshop will be live on Horizon TV Kenya and its  social media platforms (Facebook and YouTube)

This event marks a significant opportunity for prospective pilgrims to gain essential knowledge and confidence ahead of their departure to the Holy Lands.
